I built my career in
boardrooms. I found my
calling in integration.
I'm Dominican-American, a mother of three, and someone who spent twenty years building global data organizations across four continents.
I also trained in sound healing, somatic work, and energetic practices, because I discovered that the most powerful leadership transformations don't happen in the mind alone. They happen when the body, the nervous system, and the intuition get a seat at the table too.
